Seth D. Goldberg

Seth Goldberg represents clients in a wide variety of litigation matters including consumer class action litigation, real estate disputes, complex business causes of action, and creditor side bankruptcy matters. Mr. Goldberg has served as lead counsel in several complex litigations and has successfully litigated hundreds of cases recovering tens of millions of dollars for his clients. In addition to litigation, Mr. Goldberg routinely counsels, advises and litigates on behalf of real estate investment trusts, pension funds, and other institutional owners and operators of commercial real estate. His legal services include all facets of the real estate asset including risk management, damage recovery and work-outs, leasing, and asset disposition. Outside of his commercial real estate practice, Mr. Goldberg represents numerous physicians and medical practices including corporate counseling, litigation, and the negotiation of contracts with hospitals and others.
